About Us

We had our humble beginnings back in 2010 with just a simple idea of having people come together to work out and share one another’s enthusiasm for fitness. Our community has grown from just a handful to one big family. We are runners, students, table tennis players, mothers, fathers, foreigners… We each have our own background, ideals, and goals. But in the box, we are equal. We do the same workouts and we go through the same programs. Because of this, we have fostered a tight CrossFit community where everyone knows each other by name and cheers one another on when the going gets tough. Unlike a regular gym, we have a lively environment bursting with energy the moment our members step in. At CrossFit Hub, we work hard, play hard and keep fit the efficient way. We learn to conquer our fears and overcome our weaknesses. The greatest challenge is not to be the best, but to be the best that you can be. And we welcome anyone to join us on this amazing journey!
