Job Highlights A leading RFID IOT company Medical Insurance covered Five days of work week Job Description The job will involve: Prepares asset, liability, and capital account entries by compiling and analyzing account information. Documents financial transactions by entering account information. Summarizes current financial status by collecting information; preparing balance sheet, profit and loss statement, and other reports. Prepare the weekly reports and monthly financial package to the HQ of China. Maintains accounting controls by preparing and recommending policies and procedures. Reconciles financial discrepancies by collecting and analyzing account information. Secures financial information by completing database backups. Maintains financial security by following internal controls. Prepares payments by verifying documentation, and requesting disbursements. Answers accounting procedure questions by researching and interpreting accounting policy and regulations. Prepares special financial reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing account information and trends. Accomplishes the result by performing the duty. Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed. Key Competencies & Requirements: Bachelor of Accountancy, or equivalent degree ; At least 3 years of relevant working experience in automated financial reporting system preferred; Microsoft Dynamics NAV System experience is an advantage; Proficient in MS Word & Excel experience; Able to work independently & good interpersonal & communication skills; Able to communicate in Mandarin & English to collaborate with Colleagues in China; Good work attitude.
